Showcase Description:
Custom designs for adidas store windows in New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle and Portland intended for use throughout the month of October.
Showcase Challenge:
Drive awareness of the adidas brand, promote its innovative, creative, breakthrough style and foster brand loyalty among the target 16-22 demographic.
Technical Challenge:
Given some fantastic imagery of adidas" star athletes Laila Ali, David Beckham, Tracy McGrady and Allyson Felix, ATTIK"s team used a design approach fusing vector, 3D and 2D elements with the stock to create massive storefront pieces that powerfully showcase the athletes, the brand and the tagline of "Impossible is Nothing." The elements include pieces that range in size from 80"x72" to 275"x96", which combine to form a unified design where graphic flourishes set off the images of the athletes emerging from a white background, and the logo and taglines appear in black. The images were printed on mesh and the text was printed on Duraclear. Both were suspended from the ceiling... text in front of the images, to create a dynamic, layered design.
